Whether it is a congress, meeting, training seminar or a family occasion - Linnasmäki will always offer inviting and appropriate facilities and versatile services for groups both small and large.

The architectural features of the buildings and our location, hotel and restaurant services and modern equipment have made us one of the foremost Finnish congress centres. In the design of our facilities, the needs of special groups have been taken in consideration. Every guest is important for us. The warmth of our approach and attention to detail combine to make a functional whole. An inviting atmosphere is a priority for us.

We make room for what is important
Our function room can accommodate 350 people. The large auditorium seats 165–270 and the small one up to 120 people. We also have some twenty rooms ideal for seminars and meetings. Their size varies from facilities for 10–60 people to rooms for groups of 5–10.

Cutting edge technology - top class audiovisual equipment
All our meeting rooms feature up-to-date audiovisual equipment. The basic equipment includes an overhead projector, flip chart and white or black board as well as an integrated TV/video recorder. The equipment in the rooms will always be tailored to the customer's wishes. The computer-operated meeting system facilitates the running of the meeting: the participants can both ask for the floor and vote by simply pushing a button. The agenda, requests for floor time and voting results can be projected on a screen for the participants to see at a glance. The lists of participants and voting results can be immediately printed out to be attached to the minutes. In case the meeting system is not being used, the auditorium equipment can be centrally run from the control room, or the speaker can operate a remote control.

Simultaneous interpretation
Thanks to the integrated interpretation equipment of the large auditorium, meetings can be interpreted into four different languages. Even additional languages are possible with special arrangements. The working conditions for simultaneous interpreters and the technology at our disposal meet international standards.

Spacious exhibition facilities
Our combined sports hall and function room with a floor surface of 250 m² provides generous space for even extensive exhibitions. For smaller exhibitions, the lobby of the large auditorium or the entrance lobby are ideal.
